In my opinion that is unacceptable and gross.
It was sticky and gross and on the sides of the night stand there were ridges that were filled with old sticky casino cocktail drinks to the point if you touched it you were stuck to it. The night stand between the two beds looked clean until you put your hands on it. The carpet along the walls was filthy AND there were crumbs and left over food next to the bed that was hidden under the bedding.
The floors had been vacuumed but only in the middle of the room. First off, the room looked nice upon just glancing but when you started to look at it, it was filthy. For what I paid for that room and what we got was extremely over priced. I decided that since I was kicked out of our home for a couple of days that I could 'splurge' a little and reserve a room in the Spa tower. I stayed here with my children while we were having work done on our home. The only complaint I have about the pool is that the indoor one was near the spa.
The pool area was very nice and relaxing. House keeping on my floor was unpleasant and would not even acknowledge you so we decided to put the sign on the door for no service and clean the room ourselves.
